We experienced a hiccup where V7 users may not have received comment notification emails sent between 9/1/22 and 9/6/22. We have resolved the issue and customers can view all notifications in their Inbox, which can be accessed by clicking the bell icon (https://support.invisionapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030866231).
